Im reflecting on a video my father sent to me not too long ago. It was on the cocooning process for a caterpillar. A key part to the process of forming the cocoon, is to create friction and resistance - which in turn creates the sticky matter that it blankets itself in - an essential and necessary part of the life cycle/rebirth of the caterpillar. We must face the friction, the resistance in order to create and gain new life and understanding for our new body and perspective as a butterfly, or perhaps in this case, our new defined myths! Animals and insects are constantly showing and teaching us the way 🙏🏽✨🦋
